Sushi, Raw Food, and an Extensive Bar Menu Featuring Premium Sakes and Organic Wine

San Francisco, CA, March 17, 2004--After 4 years of
successful 'breathing', owner Kim Passeneau has decided to offer an array of tantalizing sushi dishes that showcase Consulting Executive Chef Gerard Dumuk’s (from Midori Mushi) Japanese and raw food cuisine infused with essential oils and exotic ingredients. The Oxygen Sushi & Sake Lounge will also offer organic wines, premium sakes and specialty teas from around the world.
"People love the oxygen concept but also like to have a cocktail and quality food as well. Now, we are offering customers a late night or after work dining experience specialty teas with oxygen blast too, "says Kim Passeneau, owner of the Oxygen - Sushi & Sake Lounge.
The menu features a selection of fresh sushi, premium sakes, and organic wines. The Oxygen - Sushi & Sake Lounge also offers eclectic salads, creative entree specials and signature cocktails. Chef Gerard Dumuk plans to incorporate organically grown produce in a menu designed to please simple and eclectic palates. An extensive organic wine list, premium sakes, specialty teas and other drinks will be available.
One can still partake in the oxygen, aromatherapy and herbal elixirs (which is how this place was put on the map) but now people can relax with a 20-minute oxygen session, have a sake and sushi roll at 1am.
On March 23th, the Oxygen Bar - Sushi & Sake Lounge will begin serving dinner Tuesday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Friday, Saturday 5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., Sunday 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., with take-out service also available.

A cool blue Mission District sushi & sake lounge (the deeper you breathe the better you feel lounge) is located at 795 Valencia St, San Francisco, (415) 255 - 2102. The newly renovated interior blends modern minimalist airy blue walls with an upscale city flair featuring DJ’s spinning nightly. An extensive organic wine list, premium sakes, specialty teas and other drinks will be available. The Lounge is open for dinner from Tuesday through Sunday, with take-out service also available.
